PKR777 Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistan Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you") and PKR777 ("Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the PKR777 website located at pkr777.vu and all associated services, games and features offered through that website.

By registering an account on PKR777, by logging into an existing account, or by using any part of the PKR777 platform in any way, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full.
• You agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional rules, policies or guidelines published on the PKR777 website — including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy — which form part of this agreement.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain a PKR777 account you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. PKR777 does not accept registrations from individuals under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be acting under guardianship or any legal restriction that limits your ability to agree to these Terms.
• Single account: You may hold only one PKR777 account. Registering more than one account — regardless of the name, email address, payment method or device used — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate information: All personal information you provide during registration and at any point while maintaining your account must be accurate, truthful and kept up to date. This includes your full name, date of birth, email address and any payment details linked to your account.
• Own account: You must register and operate your PKR777 account exclusively for your own personal use. Opening an account on behalf of another person, allowing another person to use your account, or accepting account management from any third party is prohibited.

PKR777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the registration process or at any time during your account's active life. Verification may include a copy of a valid national identity card (CNIC), proof of address or confirmation of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions being applied until verification is complete.

3 Account Management

Once your PKR777 account is active, you are responsible for all activity that takes place within it. This includes every bet placed, every deposit made and every withdrawal requested, whether or not you were personally present at the device being used at the time.

Your login credentials — your registered email address and password — are personal to you. You must not share them with any other person or store them in a way that could make them accessible to anyone else. If you believe your account credentials have been compromised or that someone else has accessed your account without your permission, you must contact PKR777 support immediately using the contact details in Section 14.

PKR777 will communicate with you primarily through the email address registered to your account. It is your responsibility to ensure that this address remains active, that you check it regularly and that you update it promptly if it changes. Important account notifications — including security alerts, verification requests and updates to these Terms — will be sent to your registered email.

4 Deposits & Payments

PKR777 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer from Pakistan bank accounts, and debit or credit cards. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time and will be listed in the Cashier section of your account.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from payment accounts belonging to another person are not permitted. If a deposit is received from a third-party payment source, PKR777 reserves the right to reverse the deposit and return the funds to the originating account.

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the Cashier section and are subject to change.
• Deposits are credited to your PKR777 balance once confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Processing times vary by method; JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically reflected quickly.
• PKR777 does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• PKR777 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank, mobile wallet provider or any third-party payment processor.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available PKR777 balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. "Available balance" means your total account balance minus any amounts subject to active wagering requirements from bonuses or promotions.

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure.
• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed. This means PKR777 must have confirmed your identity through the verification process described in Section 2.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Cashier section of your account.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframe stated in the Cashier section. PKR777 will not be responsible for delays caused by your payment provider after the withdrawal has been dispatched from the PKR777 system.
• PKR777 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where there are security concerns associated with an account.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

PKR777 offers a range of promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers and free rounds on selected Casino or slot games. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated on the Promotions page in addition to the general bonus rules set out here.

Wagering requirements: Every PKR777 bonus carries a wagering requirement — a multiplier indicating how many times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit, as stated per promotion) must be wagered before any winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each individual promotion is clearly stated on the Promotions page. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means a PKR 1,000 bonus must generate PKR 30,000 in total wagering before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable.

• Bonuses are credited in PKR and can only be used to play eligible games as specified per promotion.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution rate per game type is stated on the Promotions page.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated timeframe, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account.
• PKR777 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that has been obtained through abuse of promotional terms, use of multiple accounts, or any form of collusion.
• A player may only hold one active bonus at a time unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

7 Gameplay Rules

PKR777 offers a range of game types including Casino slots, Live Casino table games, Sports Betting markets, Fish Games and Bingo. Each game type operates according to its own specific rules, which are available within the game interface or in the relevant section of the PKR777 platform.

• All game results on PKR777 are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of Live Casino, by the outcome of physical game events conducted by live dealers. PKR777 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection or system error during a game round, the round may be voided and the staked amount returned to your balance. PKR777 will not be liable for losses resulting from circumstances beyond its technical control.
• Bets placed and confirmed are final. A bet cannot be cancelled or amended after it has been accepted by the PKR777 system.
• For Sports Betting, markets are subject to suspension and settlement rules that are specific to each sport and event type. Cricket, PSL, T20 international and Football markets are settled according to official match results from the governing body of the relevant competition.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These are displayed within the game interface.

8 Responsible Gaming

PKR777 is an entertainment platform and we take our responsibility to players seriously. Every PKR777 account includes tools to help you manage your gaming activity in a way that stays within your personal budget and time preferences.

• Deposit limits: You can set a maximum daily, weekly or monthly deposit amount in your account settings. Once set, a limit cannot be increased immediately — a cooling-off period applies before any upward change takes effect.
• Session time reminders: You can configure an alert that notifies you when you have been playing for a specified period of continuous time.
• Self-exclusion: You can request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from your account settings at any time. A temporary exclusion can last from 24 hours to six months. A permanent exclusion closes your account with no option to reopen it.
• Reality checks: Periodic on-screen reminders showing how long you have been in a session and your net position for that session.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on PKR777. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended pending investigation, and PKR777 reserves the right to close such accounts and retain any balances associated with the breach:

• Registering more than one account.
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading personal information at any point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with PKR777 games or to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players — including coordinating bets, sharing account access, or cooperating in any way that distorts game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or glitches in PKR777 games or platform systems. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected error must be reported to PKR777 support and will not be eligible for withdrawal.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, unauthorised card use or any illegal activity.
• Attempting to launder money or use PKR777 accounts as a vehicle for any financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, disassemble or otherwise tamper with any part of the PKR777 platform or game systems.
• Abusing PKR777 bonus or promotional offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

PKR777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal or abusive activity associated with the account.
• A chargeback or payment dispute is raised against a deposit made to the account.
• The player requests self-exclusion.
• Extended periods of inactivity, as defined by PKR777's dormant account policy.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, PKR777 may retain some or all of the balance held in that account depending on the nature of the breach. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct — such as at the player's own request — any verified available balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after deducting any amounts subject to incomplete wagering requirements.

11 Privacy & Data

PKR777 collects, stores and processes personal data about you in connection with the operation of your account and the delivery of platform services. The types of data collected include your name, contact details, date of birth, payment information and gameplay activity.

• Verify your identity and eligibility to use the platform.
• Process your deposits and withdrawals.

12 Limitation of Liability

PKR777 provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. While PKR777 makes every reasonable effort to maintain platform availability and game integrity, the following limitations apply:

• PKR777 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults or circumstances beyond PKR777's control may cause temporary unavailability.
• PKR777 is not liable for any loss of winnings, loss of data or any other indirect or consequential loss arising from platform unavailability, game technical faults or any action taken under these Terms.
• PKR777's total liability to any player in connection with a specific incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident.
• PKR777 is not responsible for any internet connection issues, device performance problems or third-party software failures that affect your ability to access or play on the platform.

13 Changes to These Terms

PKR777 may update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. For significant changes, PKR777 will notify registered players by email to their registered address.

Your continued use of the PKR777 platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact PKR777 support to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any available balance.
